During the early 1900s the property was bought by the scientist Pacinotti (inventor of the dynamo). He did some restorations which left us the house with its actual architecture. Even if located in the town, the villa is surrounded by a peaceful garden, with a swimming pool and small waterfalls.. In 2003 the villa was renovated with love by the actual owner and furnished with precious curtains, époque furniture, turned into an exclusive place for guests who can appreciate the linen towels and Busattti soft furnishings, or the value of a ‘700 silver headboard and a ‘600 settle. From the renovation there are some wonderful apartments, all with nice furniture, living room with kitchen corner, cd/dvd player, sat TV, internet connection, telephone, air conditioning..
