Cruachan

The hotel is designed with a traditional Scottish Highland facade and whilst the hotel has been, and continues to be, sympathetically upgraded and modernised internally to provide all modern comforts, it has not lost its original character. The hotel is located immediately opposite Loch Linnhe on the A82, Glasgow to Inverness route, just 3 minutes south from the centre of Fort William. Just along the road at the West End roundabout, there is a large municipal car park. Approximate driving times 1.5 h from Inverness and approx. 3 h from Glasgow. The bus and coach station stands adjacent to the Fort William Railway Station - approximately 5 min by taxi to the hotel. From a hearty Scottish Breakfast to set one up for the day, a lite-bite at lunch, through to the option of a bar meal or full restaurant meal in the evening, the hotel caters for all. Small a la carte menu is available as well as a separate vegetarian selectionand children's menu. Local produce is used wherever possible, in particular the selection of fresh fish and shell fish. Affordable wines and beverages are available to complement the meal.
